AI System Disclosure
Jet is an AI system powered by a large language model (Qwen 3.5, 35 billion parameters, 4-bit quantized) running on self-hosted consumer hardware (NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin). Jet is not a human. All responses are automatically generated by the AI model and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. No human reviews responses before they are displayed.
Jet's responses should not be considered professional advice of any kind. Verify information independently before acting on it.

What Data We Process
Rate Limiting
To prevent abuse, we apply rate limits based on your IP address. This processing happens in memory only — no IP addresses or hashes are written to disk or any database. Rate-limit state is lost on server restart and cannot be recovered. Your IP address is never stored persistently by our application.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — preventing abuse and ensuring service availability.
Voting
When you vote on a question, a random session token (generated in your browser's sessionStorage) is stored alongside your vote to prevent duplicate voting. This token is not linked to your identity, IP address, or any other personal data. It is generated randomly per browser tab and is lost when the tab is closed.

Submitted Questions
Questions you submit are displayed publicly on the Q&A board. They may be answered by the AI system during scheduled live windows. Questions may contain personal data if you choose to include it — we strongly advise against this.

Article Suggestions
URLs and optional reasons you submit are stored for review by an administrator. These are not displayed publicly.
What We Do Not Collect
- No user accounts, usernames, or email addresses
- No cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts
- No browser fingerprinting
- No data is shared with third parties
- No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (server hosted in the Netherlands)
AI-Generated Content
All responses from Jet are generated by an AI model and are labelled as such. These responses are not reviewed by a human before display. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or misleading. The AI system is classified as limited-risk under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689).
Qualifying Q&A exchanges may be reframed and posted as editorial content on aiquest.info under the "AIQuest Team" identity, following administrator review. This content is clearly marked as editorial.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request deletion of a specific question you posted — contact us with the exact text or URL of the question
- Object to processing of your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)
Because we do not collect accounts or identifying information, we cannot verify your identity for access or portability requests (GDPR Article 11). However, we will delete specific content you can identify as yours upon request.

Third-Party Services
Google Fonts: This page loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google's privacy policy applies to this service. No other third-party services are used.
VPS hosting: The server infrastructure is hosted by a provider in the Netherlands. The provider has access to server logs as a data processor.
